Our processing time is typically 3 to 5 business days. Orders typically ship within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping times typically take a few days but can range depending on size of products ordered and where the delivery address is located. 

Did you order an item that's out of stock? That's not a problem since many items are handcrafted we just need a few days to make a new one for you. We may need to source material to make your product. Out of stock items typically ship 5-7 days after ordered is placed. We will refund you anytime as long as we did not already ship the item. 

Naturally we want you to love the products you've ordered from Enchantment Love, but if they're not quite right or what you expected, you are more than welcome to return your order in full or partial for a full refund (minus the shipping). Please follow the steps below:

Email: support@enchantmentlove.com within 30 days to inform us of the items you wish to return. 

Pack the items carefully and wrap everything separately.

Goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition including the product packaging.

When returning goods, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Damaged goods also need to be returned to receive a refund.

In the event the product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will ship replacement product(s) within 5 business days after receiving photographic proof of the damage. Photos must be submitted to support@enchantmentlove.com within 7 days of delivery.
